ابرم مستثمرون سعوديون وأتراك، اتفاقية تعاون لإنشاء شركة كبرى مشتركة تختص في مجال الإنشاءات والمقاولات في قطاع النفط ومحطات تحلية المياه والأعمال المدنية في السعودية، وذلك خلال حفل أقيم في مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية أمس. وحسب بيان التحالف، فإن الاتفاقية التي أبرمتها كل من شركة تنامي القابضة، وشركة ازميل مع شركة بايتور التركية، تنص على انشاء شركة «بايتور السعودية»، والتي تهدف الى تنفيذ عقود ادارة وتنفيذ أعمال المقاولات والانشاء وتركيب وصيانة، وتجهيز مرافق النفط والغاز ومحطات الطاقة، وإنشاء مصانع المواد البتروكيماوية ومحطات تحلية ومعالجة المياه، فضلا عن إنشاء المباني المدنية عالية الارتفاعات، بالإضافة إلى مشاريع البنية التحتية العامة، من طرق وجسور وإنشاء سكك الحديد. وقع الاتفاقية عايض القحطاني رئيس مجلس ادارة شركة تنامي القابضة، وعبد الرحمن الجبر رئيس مجلس ادارة شركة ازميل العالمية،
